Value Groups

The following value groups serve as a simplified introduction to improving values. They are roughly formed according to which values have similarities or overlaps in their improvement and implementation in everyday life. For example, if you want to work on your helpfulness, you will probably also automatically carry out activities that benefit generosity or solicitude. Of course, there are also overlaps between the groups - as it should be - because people and values are never one-dimensional. If you can identify with one of the value groups or are simply looking for suggestions for improving values in everyday life, you will find many practical suggestions within each group.

Value Groups and ADHD

To avoid getting bogged down with ADHD - either because you want to do everything perfectly straight away and go through each value individually or because you stop before you've even started due to the abundance of values - you should initially commit to just one value group that appeals to you. The main thing is to get started and get into the habit of improving your values daily!

Value Groups and Games

Why is your avatar embarking on an adventure? Do they want to create peace where they themselves have only experienced war? Are they striving for freedom and self-development after eternal captivity? It is no coincidence that the names of the value groups are based on the classic adventure backgrounds of various role-playing games. They represent the reason why a character sets off on a hero's journey.
